Compañeros en Misión (Partners in Mission) is a program of La Iglesia Nacioanl Presbiteriana de Mexico and th Presbyterian Church (USA) in the state of Sonora, Mexico, and the state of Arizona, USA. The mission of the program is to increase the reign of God by:

• Establishing self-sufficient, self-governing and self-propagating churches in Sonora;
• Participating in holistic evangelism;
• Strengthening reciprocal and mutual ministries between the churches of the two countries,
  
  ...always guided by the Holy Spirit.

The site has five mission churches, each with a unique outreach ministry in its own community. In addition, the site assists in several other ministries, including: ministry to migrants, scholarship programs for children and youth, seminary scholarships, and Campaña para Casas (Campaign for Houses). The mission's office is located in Nogales, AZ, about an hour's drive south of Tucson. The ministry is transforming lives on both sides of the border, with its emphasis on evangelism, church development, health education. In working with visiting short-term mission teams, the focus is on three goals:
1) Building faith,
2) Building understanding, and
3) Building relationships
on both sides of the border.
